Howdy folks, Cynthia Boone, your On-Demand Workfront CSM and I am back with a three-part series of Watch Me Work videos. Let’s just jump into it. This is the top three features that I used as a system admin. The number three, external links. Yes, this is totally cheating because there’s multiple links, but these are super helpful. First one, Workfront Community. If you are looking for answers from your peers, for challenges that have already been solved, or I don’t know, some text mode ideas, definitely go out to the Workfront Community. Your peers are out there answering questions. But if you’re looking for step-by-step instructions on actual features, also wanna have that documentation site up. It’s really helpful. Okay, the last three are, if you are troubleshooting for your users as a system admin, you’re going to be doing that on the regular. So if you wanna know, hey, is this a known issue? It’s very helpful to have the known issue site up. If you do have to open a ticket, also have your support page up so you can track your tickets and what the status of those are. And speaking of status, also helpful to have the status site available. I know that was a lot of links, gonna put them in the post, but these are great things to have at your fingertips. Speaking of things at your fingertips, number two, favorites are dashboards. I used to create a lot of my own dashboards, but now we have blueprints. So you can go ahead and download things that are already built. And these are my favorites. So the first one is your system maintenance dashboard. That system maintenance dashboard has so much information on projects without templates, projects that are 0% complete, all these different things that are happening in the system, all this information available to you really quickly. However, if you’re like me, your leadership, the managers, your executives are going to be asking you questions about what’s the status of my initiative. I wanna know what’s going on with all the different projects. This is your value realization dashboard. There’s a lot of information here. And again, you’re gonna be able to get those answers really quickly for your users and your leadership.

Okay, the last dashboard is one that I use all the time. And that is going to be the work front usage dashboard, because I wanted to know the last logins. There’s a lot of information on what your users are doing. This report specifically is fantastic. So a little bonus, if you haven’t checked out these blueprints, got a screenshot here of the blueprints, go out to dashboard, just filter here dashboard, and you can see everything that’s available. Okay, so my number one feature is not gonna surprise any seasoned work front system admin. And that is going to be the login page. The number one is the login page. If you’re troubleshooting, if you’re setting things up, if you’re testing, I’m not sure how many times I use the login as page. So there it is, got it up there, but I also have it pinned. Highly recommend that if you’re a system admin, you have the login as page pinned.

I hope this was helpful. We’ve got two more in this series. So we’ll see you next time. Bye.
