Completing tasks on the go is no longer optional. From professional signing contracts to parents filling out school forms, the demand for simple mobile solutions is greater than ever. Yet for many, working with PDF forms on a mobile device remains difficult, slow, and often incomplete.

When you receive a notification that action is required on an agreement, follow the link as normal to view the document in your browser. If the sender has enabled it, you will see a toggle at the top of the screen to enable Mobile View. You can switch between PDF and Mobile View at any time as often as you wish. Toggling Mobile View on changes the screen into a mobile-friendly version of the form that is much easier to view, fill out, and navigate. The form fields appear within sections, and each field has a label above it indicating the data to be entered, followed by an asterisk, if the field is required. And just like filling in a contract form on a website, when you click into the field, your browser may display you different options to populate the form fields with previously saved information. As you complete the fields of the form, you will see a blue bar at the top of the screen gradually fill to provide visual feedback on how far through the form you have progressed. If the data entered in a field is invalid, you will see a red error message appear immediately below the field, indicating the required format. At any point, you can switch back to the PDF view, and you will see that the data you have entered has been incorporated into the document. Once you have completed entering data into the form, a blue next button will appear at the top of the screen. Tapping this button will take you back to the PDF view to verify that all the data entered is accurate and complete. If you need to, you can re-enable mobile view at this point to make any adjustments. When you are happy that everything is correct, press the submit button to complete your action. The screen will update to indicate you have completed successfully, and you can download a copy of the agreement if you wish. MobileFocus makes it easier than ever to sign and complete documents on your mobile device, and Acrobat Sign makes it easy for senders to enable.
