To give a professional look to your PDF, use the Stylize This PDF tool. When you select Edit in the toolbar, the Stylize This PDF tool appears in the left-hand pane under the Design Tools. Alternatively, you can also launch Adobe Express from the Convert tool. I’ll go ahead and use the Edit tool so you can see tips on this card. You can get font recommendations, apply color themes, add Adobe Stock images and more with the Stylize This PDF tool. When you select Continue in Adobe Express, the file you have open is saved to cloud storage and the Adobe Express web app launches in your default browser. Adobe Express uses the same login credentials you used in the Acrobat app. Alternatively, if you’re starting at acrobat.adobe.com in your browser, you can start from one of the thousands of professionally designed templates at the top or upload a file to begin stylizing your PDF. Once your file has uploaded to Adobe Express, you can add images, text, shapes, or design anything you’d like. Or you can start by browsing the thousands of professionally designed templates. I’ll start by browsing premium images from the millions of royalty-free Adobe Stock assets. This image here looks perfect. After you select an image, you can refine and polish it by adding effects. For instance, I’ll take the opacity down on this image so that you can see the shape underneath. But you could also add other effects and filters to your image below here. For example, you could change the blending options, create a duotone, or even remove the background. And if you can’t find exactly what you need in Adobe Stock, you can also use generative AI powered by Adobe Firefly to create an image. Then you simply type in the image you want. The best prompts are specific, descriptive, original, and empathetic. This particular service proposal is for a recently retired individual. So let’s try carefree senior citizens exercising outdoors on a sunny day. Once you have your image prompt, you can select the content type. You can select art, graphics, or a photo, which we’ll do here. Generative AI allows you to create imagery that is very specific to your audience, which gives this fitness service proposal a very unique advantage. And again, once you’ve generated an image, you can refine and polish it by adding effects just like we did with the Adobe Stock image. You can also stylize any text in the PDF. You have access to over 20,000 Adobe fonts, and you can bring your own font into Adobe Express and add it to the font picker to stay on brand as well. I’ll make this text dynamics and add a shadow so it stands out more. But you could also use Gen AI on your text to stylize it by describing what you want the text to look like, just like what we did to create the Gen AI image. In Express, you also have access to your organization’s libraries and brands. Here, you can add approved content to stay on brand as well. Let’s add an approved logo for Altrual Technology from the brand library. And once you’re finished, simply select download and you’re done. Stylizing your PDF gives you the ability to create professional-looking custom content in a matter of minutes that really stands apart.
