You can add a professionally designed new page to your PDF by using the Design a new page tool. When you select Edit in the toolbar, Design a new page appears in the left-hand pane under Design with Adobe Express. When you select Design a new page, the file you have open is saved to cloud storage, and the Adobe Express Web app launches in your default browser. Adobe Express uses the same login credentials you used in the Acrobat app. Alternatively, if you are starting at acrobat.adobe.com in your browser. Select Edit and then Design a new page appears in the left-hand pane. And again when you select Design a new page, the Adobe Express Web app launches in your default browser.
In Adobe Express, you can get font recommendations, apply color themes at Adobe Stock, create generative AI content, and even translate text. Once your file is open, you can add images, text, shapes, or design anything you like. Or you can start by browsing the thousands of professionally designed templates. I need to stay on brand with my proposal design, so I’ll select Brands from the left-hand pane. Here you can see our company’s approved logos, color themes, and various assets. All I want to do is add an image to the cover page. I’m sending this particular proposal out to a millennial, so I’m going to add this image here.
You can go ahead and resize to the space you’re looking for. And I also want to bring this graphic content here back to the front. And then we’re going to go ahead and add the approved logo for Altura Technology. And once you’re finished simply, select Download. Or you can Share your file right to your client.
I’m going to go ahead and put their email address in here. And to disallow changes, be sure to select Can comment from the dropdown and then invite them to review and comment on your proposal. Designing a new page gives you the ability to create professional looking and on-brand custom content in a matter of minutes that really stands apart.
