What’s changing and what will it impact?
From October 14, 10 p.m. PDT to October 16, 6 a.m. PDT, we will be making critical product updates to introduce initial team capabilities, making it easier for teammates to view each other’s campaign boards.
This update requires a fresh start, which means your existing conversations, campaigns, and data will not carry over to the new experience.
Access to the app will be temporarily unavailable during this window and will resume as soon as the upgrade is complete.
How to save your work
To keep anything for your records, save it locally before October 14, 10 p.m. PDT:
- Prompts: Copy any important prompts using the copy icon below a message, and save them locally.
- Campaigns: Export each campaign as a PDF or Word file using the download icon in the top-right corner of the campaign.
- Emails: Download an email as HTML using the export icon in the email editor.
