Compatibility for Payment Services
Payment Services is available for Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service, all supported versions of Adobe Commerce on Cloud and on-premises, and Magento Open Source. See the Lifecycle policy page for version-specific information.
Prerequisites
To use Payment Services, you’ll need to connect your Commerce instance first. You perform this connection only once.

If you are unsure whether your instance is connected, navigate to System > Services > Commerce Services Connector to view your API keys and SaaS Identifier details. If those values are present, then your instance is connected.

If you still need to connect your instance, view the instructions on the Commerce Services Connector page.

Standard vs. Advanced Payment Services Experience
Payment Services provides Standard (Express Checkout) and Advanced (fully supported) payment options and onboarding flows, depending on the country in which you operate.

Accepted credit cards and currencies
Payment Services accepts the currencies of the countries in which it is available. See Currency configuration for more information on setting up currency rates.
