Compatibility for Payment Services

Payment Services is available for Adobe Commerce as a Cloud Service, all supported versions of Adobe Commerce on Cloud and on-premises, and Magento Open Source. See the Lifecycle policy page for version-specific information.

Prerequisites

To use Payment Services, you’ll need to connect your Commerce instance first. You perform this connection only once.

  1. If you are unsure whether your instance is connected, navigate to System > Services > Commerce Services Connector to view your API keys and SaaS Identifier details. If those values are present, then your instance is connected.

  2. If you still need to connect your instance, view the instructions on the Commerce Services Connector page.

    note tip
    TIP
See our Adobe Commerce Services Connector tutorial video for additional information.
  3. If you have already connected your instance, navigate to the onboarding page for next steps.

IMPORTANT
All merchants entitled for Payment Services can use one production data space and two testing data spaces.
