ACP2E-4813: USPS shipping methods unavailable or incorrect for multi-package orders
The ACP2E-4813 patch fixes the issue where USPS shipping methods are unavailable at checkout, and shipping estimates are incorrect for certain products, including orders that split into multiple packages. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.1.80 is installed. The patch ID is ACP2E-4813. Please note that this issue is scheduled to be fixed in Adobe Commerce 2.4.10.

USPS shipping methods are unavailable at checkout, and shipping estimates are incorrect for certain products, including orders that split into multiple packages.
Steps to reproduce:
- In the Admin, go to Stores > Settings > Configuration > Sales > Delivery Methods > USPS and configure USPS as a shipping method. Set
Maximum Package Weight= 1 pound. - Create a product with a weight of 0.15 pounds.
- On the storefront, add 15 units of the product to the shopping cart and use the Estimate Tax and Shipping tool on the Shopping Cart page to calculate shipping.
- Check the shipment logs for the shipping estimate details.
Expected results:
The logs show the shipment is split into multiple packages correctly.
Actual results:
The logs show the shipment is split into multiple packages incorrectly, resulting in incorrect shipping estimates.
