ACP2E-4610: Slow execution of sales_clean_quotes cron
The ACP2E-4610 patch fixes the issue where the sales_clean_quotes cron job has performance issues. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.1.80 is installed. The patch ID is ACP2E-4610. Please note that this issue is scheduled to be fixed in Adobe Commerce 2.4.9.

Steps to reproduce:
- Generate several expired quotes in the quote table.
- Run the
sales_clean_quotescron job and measure the execution time.
Expected results:
The sales_clean_quotes cron job finishes within a reasonable time.
Actual results:
The sales_clean_quotes cron job takes a long time to finish.
