Issue

The GraphQL customerOrders query returns inflated original_price_including_tax and original_row_total_including_tax values when Catalog Prices are set to Including Tax because tax is applied twice.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Configure a tax rate and a tax rule.
  2. Set Catalog Prices to Including Tax under Stores > Configuration > Sales > Tax.
  3. Create a simple product with a tax class assigned and a price that includes tax.
  4. Place an order for the product using GraphQL.
  5. Query the order item prices using the GraphQL customerOrders query.

Expected results:

  1. The original_price_including_tax and original_row_total_including_tax values match the stored catalog price Including Tax.

Actual results:

  1. The original_price_including_tax and original_row_total_including_tax values are higher than the stored catalog price because tax is applied again.
