ACP2E-4763: The GraphQL customerOrders query returns inflated original_price_including_tax and original_row_total_including_tax
The ACP2E-4763 patch fixes the issue where the GraphQL customerOrders query returns inflated original_price_including_tax and original_row_total_including_tax values when Catalog Prices are set to Including Tax, due to tax being applied twice. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.1.78 is installed. The patch ID is ACP2E-4763. Please note that this issue is scheduled to be fixed in Adobe Commerce 2.4.9.

Steps to reproduce:
- Configure a tax rate and a tax rule.
- Set Catalog Prices to Including Tax under Stores > Configuration > Sales > Tax.
- Create a simple product with a tax class assigned and a price that includes tax.
- Place an order for the product using GraphQL.
- Query the order item prices using the GraphQL
customerOrdersquery.
Expected results:
- The
original_price_including_taxandoriginal_row_total_including_taxvalues match the stored catalog price Including Tax.
Actual results:
- The
original_price_including_taxandoriginal_row_total_including_taxvalues are higher than the stored catalog price because tax is applied again.
