ACSD-69016: Special price isn’t applied on websites with different time zones
The ACSD-69016 patch fixes the issue where product update REST API requests fail if no store with the code default exists, which prevents special prices from taking effect for websites created in different time zones. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.1.77 is installed. The patch ID is ACSD-69016. Please note that this issue is scheduled to be fixed in Adobe Commerce 2.4.9.

Product update REST API requests fail if no store with the code default exists, which prevents special prices from taking effect for websites created in different time zones.
Steps to reproduce:
- In the Admin panel, go to Stores ** > ** All Stores > Default Store View.
- Change the code value of the default store view.
- Send a REST API request to update a product.
Expected results:
The request completes successfully, and the product is updated.
Actual results:
The request fails, and the product is not updated.
