ACP2E-4050: Free Shipping not applied with multi-shipping checkout
The ACP2E-4050 patch fixes the issue where Free Shipping isn’t applied during multi-shipping checkout when Cart Price Rules include sub-select conditions and products with specific prices. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.1.69 is installed. The patch ID is ACP2E-4050. Please note that this issue is scheduled to be fixed in Adobe Commerce 2.4.9.

Free Shipping isn’t applied during multi-shipping checkout when Cart Price Rules include sub-select conditions and products with specific prices.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a customer account with two addresses.
- Enable Free Shipping and set Minimum Order Amount to 999999.
- Navigate to Admin > Marketing > Cart Price Rules, and create a cart price rule with the following conditions:
If ALL of these conditions are TRUE:
* Subtotal is at least 50
* The subtotal is at most 500
* Apply this condition if the total amount is 50 or more for a subset of cart items that meet all specified criteria:
* Category is 23

Install Sample data.

Add the following products to the cart in the specified order:
- Wayfarer Messenger Bag
- Olivia 1/4 Zip Light Jacket
- Sprite Yoga Companion Kit.

Open the shopping cart and verify that the Free Shipping option is available.

Click Check Out with Multiple Addresses.

Select a different shipping address for the simple product.

Click Go to Shipping Information.
Expected results:
Free Shipping applies to configurable and bundle product shipments.
Actual results:
Free Shipping isn’t available.
