ACSD-64178: Edit Attribute Set page loads slowly with thousands of product attributes
The ACSD-64178 patch fixes the issue where the Edit Attribute Set page loads slowly if there are thousands of product attributes. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.1.61 is installed. The patch ID is ACSD-64178. Please note that the issue is scheduled to be fixed in Adobe Commerce 2.4.8.

The Edit Attribute Set page loads slowly if there are thousands of product attributes.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create at least 4200 attributes unassigned to any of the attribute sets.
- On the Admin sidebar, go to Stores > Attributes > Attribute Set. Click on any attribute set to edit.
Expected results:
The page loads in a reasonable time.
Actual results:
It takes several minutes to load the page.
