ACSD-47666: search in User Roles does not work

The ACSD-47666 patch solves the issue where the search in User Roles is not working. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.1.23 is installed. The patch ID is ACSD-47666. Please note that the issue is scheduled to be fixed in Adobe Commerce 2.4.6.

The filter function on User Roles does not work as expected.
Steps to reproduce:
- Log in to the Adobe Commerce Admin > System > Permissions > User Roles.
- Open any existing role from the list.
- Open the Role Users tab.
- Type any query in a column.
- Press enter.
Expected results:
The User Roles filter function should filter results based on the query.
Actual results:
Infinite loading with console error (index):9 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading ‘down’).
