Transcript
Hello, and welcome to the Enhanced Delivery Workflows with External Data course. In this introduction video, we’re going to give you an overview of what to expect and what prerequisites you will need to get the most out of this course. The goal of this course is to teach you how to use Campaign SOAP APIs and create an advanced delivery workflow with them. To do this, I will walk you through the required steps to write data to your Campaign Instances database via APIs. Additionally, we will be creating a workflow that uses custom article data uploaded via an API call to send an email delivery to a list of subscribed recipients. You can expect to learn about how to set up SOAP APIs using Postman, add recipients using an API request, subscribe a recipient via the API, upload custom article details via the API, create a custom data schema in Campaign, create a service via the API, query and intersect your data, create a delivery template that uses uploaded article data, with additional tips and tricks along the way. To begin this course, you will need the following prerequisites. First, you will need access to an organization with Adobe Campaign. You will also need to download and install the most recent version of Postman. We will be using Postman to help make our API calls. With that, let’s jump right into the course and begin learning about Adobe Campaign SOAP APIs.
