Opportunity Workspace

Opportunity Workspace is the central place for planning, executing, and tracking AI visibility optimization initiatives.

An optimization initiative is represented as a Strategy, which groups related opportunities together around a common optimization goal. Strategies provide a single workspace to organize work, assign ownership, monitor progress, and measure outcomes.

Opportunity Workspace supports both automated and manual optimization workflows, enabling teams to manage optimization efforts across onsite and offsite opportunities.

Use Opportunity Workspace to:

  • Organize related optimization opportunities into strategies.
  • Prioritize and coordinate optimization work.
  • Assign ownership and track implementation progress.
  • Monitor the status of optimization initiatives.
  • Measure optimization outcomes using the Impact Measurement Engine for supported opportunity types.

Strategies

A strategy represents a complete optimization initiative.

Each strategy contains the information needed to plan, execute, and monitor an optimization, including:

  • Strategy details and objectives
  • Associated opportunities
  • Target URLs
  • Monitored prompts
  • AI platforms
  • Optimization goal
  • Current status
  • Progress and outcomes

Strategies provide a single view of optimization progress from planning through completion.

Using Opportunity Workspace

Opportunity Workspace supports three optimization workflows.

Automated optimization with Impact Measurement Engine

For supported opportunity types, such as Recover Content Visibility (RCV), Opportunity Workspace provides a fully automated optimization workflow.

When you deploy an RCV opportunity from the Opportunities page, Adobe Brand Visibility automatically creates a strategy in Opportunity Workspace. The strategy includes the optimization objective, associated URLs, monitored prompts, optimization goal, and baseline measurements.

As the optimization progresses, Opportunity Workspace automatically updates the strategy and tracks each stage of the optimization lifecycle:

  • Baseline collected
  • Optimization deployed
  • Measuring impact
  • Experiment complete

Once sufficient post-deployment data has been collected, the Impact Measurement Engine measures the optimization results and surfaces key outcomes directly within the strategy, including improvements to metrics such as Content Visibility and Citation Rate. See Impact Measurement Engine for details on how this measurement works.

Create and manage strategies manually

Opportunity Workspace can also be used to organize optimization initiatives that are not automatically managed by Adobe Brand Visibility.

Create a strategy, define an optimization goal, add one or more opportunities, and use the workspace to coordinate implementation across your team.

This workflow enables you to:

  • Group related opportunities into a single initiative.
  • Assign work to team members.
  • Track implementation progress.
  • Monitor the overall status of a strategy.

While implementation progress can be tracked within Opportunity Workspace, optimization results must be evaluated manually.

Manage offsite optimization initiatives

Opportunity Workspace can also be used to coordinate offsite optimization efforts, such as Brand Claims and Earned Content opportunities.

Create a strategy around a specific claim or recommendation and use Opportunity Workspace to organize work, assign ownership, and monitor completion across teams.

Because these optimizations occur outside your owned digital properties, Adobe Brand Visibility does not automatically measure optimization outcomes. Opportunity Workspace provides a centralized place to coordinate execution and manually track progress.
