Find your Data Feed ID

Hello, everyone. At times, you may need to contact Adobe in case of a failed data delivery or with a request to resend a data feed file. It becomes convenient for the customer support team to handle such request if the data feed ID is provided by the customer. In this video, we will demonstrate the steps to obtain data feed ID in Adobe Analytics. After logging into Experience Cloud, click on Analytics available either on quick access section or on the menu option at the top right corner. Now select data feed from the admin dropdown menu. Here, you can see all the data feeds. To view the ID of any data feed, select the data feed and click on the button at the upper right corner. From here, select feed ID. Now you will be able to view the feed ID of a data feed in the row with other information. Thank you for watching this video. -
