How the user interface is organized

User interface

The top of each page includes the main menu and other task- and information-based menus.

The main menu

  • Search — To manage your ad network accounts within Search, Social, & Commerce, including those for which Search, Social, & Commerce is tracking but not bidding.

Search menus

The Search option includes the following submenus. The available options are determined by your role:

  • Campaigns — This menu includes options to view and manage information about the ad accounts and campaigns that you are managing or tracking. Depending on the ad network and your role, you may be to create and edit accounts and campaigns and their components. You can also manage label classifications, which you can assign to various account components.

  • Optimization — This menu has options to manage business objectives, manage portfolios based on your business objectives and monitor portfolio performance, generate the cross-portfolio Spend Recommendation Report, manage bidding constraints, and view and (some users) manage your Google Ads conversion value rules.

    Separate documentation on these features is available from the Help menu ( Help menu ).

  • Insights & Reports — This menu includes options to generate detailed insights and reports, automate report production using spreadsheet feeds, create and monitor alerts, configure your notification settings, view ad network recommendations, and view a log of changes made to the advertiser account.

  • Tools — This menu includes options to change your account password, generate tags to track conversions from website pages, generate and decode click-tracking URLs, and upload metrics for search tracking campaigns.

  • Admin — The Admin menu includes options to change the display names of an advertiser’s conversion metrics in data tables and reports, configure settings to sync with an Adobe Audience Manager account, and sync conversion metrics for a specific Google Analytics account, property, and view combination. Depending on your role, it may allow you to manage advertiser accounts, agency accounts, user roles, and user accounts.

Other task- and information-based menus on the right

  • (When applicable) A selectable list of advertisers you’re managing.

  • Alert notifications A panel listing your Search, Social, & Commerce notifications.

    When you’re logged in through Adobe Experience Cloud, this panel shows your notifications from Experience Cloud.

  • Help menu A help menu that includes links to documentation and other information.

  • Solution switcher A list of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and services to which you can switch.

  • User profile A link to your profile, from which you can log out.

    When you’re logged in through Adobe Experience Cloud, you can also edit your Experience Cloud profile, including your Experience Cloud password and notification settings.
