Edit the Accounts with Access to a Private Deal

You can share a deal ID with multiple accounts. The deal is shared with all advertisers within the specified accounts, so that all users in those accounts can edit the deal or use it as a target for their placements.

You can stop sharing a deal with accounts to remove editing and targeting capabilities, but the feed remains visible to those accounts in reporting views.

NOTE
You can also edit the individual advertisers with access to the account.

Share a Deal ID with Accounts

  1. In the main menu, click Inventory > Deals.

  2. In the deal row, click … > Share.

  3. For each account to share:

    1. Enter the Email Address for the account with access to the deal.

    2. Click Share.

Stop Sharing a Deal ID with Accounts

  1. In the main menu, click Inventory > Deals.

  2. In the deal row, click … > Share.

  3. Next to the Account Email value, click Unshare.

  4. Click Cancel to close the window.
