View your organization’s Workfront Proof administrator account history

As a Workfront Proof administrator, you can view usage statistics and a log of the changes made to your organization’s Workfront Proof account.

  1. In the upper-right corner of Workfront Proof, click Settings > Account Settings, then click the History tab.

    • Usage Stats: Details for the current and most recent billing periods, including the name of the plan, billing period start and end dates, the number of the proofs used and total storage used.
    • Account changes log: Recent changes made in your account, including the date and description of the activity as well as the user who performed the action.
  2. To view a complete list of account changes, click See complete list in the Usage stats section.
