You can adjust the deadline for proofs you create or own.
You must have the following access to perform the steps in this article:
|Adobe Workfront plan*||
Current plan: Pro or Higher
Legacy plan: Select or Premium

Current plan: Work or Plan
Legacy plan: Any (You must have proofing enabled for the user)
|Proof Permission Profile||Manager or higher|
|Proof Role||You must be the proof owner or creator|

*To find out what plan, role, or Proof Permission Profile you have, contact your Workfront or Workfront Proof administrator.
Hover over the proof, then click Proofing workflow to open the Workflow page.
Find the stage you want to manage, do one of the following:
|Add a deadline to the stage||Double-click No deadline, then specify a date and time for the deadline.|
|Edit an existing deadline||Double-click the date and time in the upper-right corner of the stage, then specify a date and time for the deadline.|
|Delete an existing deadline||Double-click the date and time in the upper-right corner of the stage, then click Clear at the bottom of the Calendar box that appears.|
To save your change, click outside the deadline box.
In the prompt that appears, specify whether you want to send an email alert to reviewers.
