You can schedule resources for a single project to indicate what work each resource is assigned to as well as how much time they should spend completing their work. You can schedule resources for a project and allocate hours to each resource using the Scheduling tool or the Workload Balancer at the project level.
You must have the following access to perform the steps in this article:

Note: If you still don't have access, ask your Workfront administrator if they set additional restrictions in your access level. For information on how a Workfront administrator can change your access level, see Create or modify custom access levels.

*To find out what plan, license type, or access you have, contact your Workfront administrator.
To access the Scheduling tool in a project:
Go to the project for which you want to schedule resources.
Click the Scheduling or Workload Balancer section in the left panel. The Scheduling or Workload Balancer section might be located under Show More.
(Conditional and recommended) If you clicked Scheduling, click Switch to Workload Balancer to schedule resources using the Workload Balancer.
If you have selected Workload Balancer before, the name of the section changes to Workload Balancer.
