Without correct access or permissions, you may not be able to view or manage your work assignments in the Workload Balancerr.
You must have access to view the users whose workload you want to view or manage in the Workload Balancer. In addition to this, you must have the correct access level and the correct permissions on the projects the work is associated with.
The following table illustrates the connection between the Workfront plan your company has and where in the system you can use the Workload Balancer:

You must have the following access to view the Workload Balancer:

Access level configurations* | View or higher access to Resource Management For information about the Resource Management access level, see the article Grant access to Resource Management. NOTE If you still don’t have access, ask your Workfront administrator if they set additional restrictions in your access level. For information on how a Workfront administrator can modify your access level, see Create or modify custom access levels. |
Object permissions | You have View permissions on the project whose assignments you want to view. For information about project permissions, see the article Share a project in Adobe Workfront. For information on requesting additional access, see Request access to objects . |
