When your company has purchased an Adobe Workfront license that includes Resource Planning you can view resource budgeting information for the projects that you have permissions to view. You can view budgeting information in the Resource Planner.

In order to budget resources, manage Resource Pools, and see Cost information in the resource planning tools, your company and you must have the following access:

NOTE If you still don't have access, ask your Workfront administrator if they set additional restrictions in your access level. For information on how a Workfront administrator can modify your access level, see Create or modify custom access levels. |
Object permissions | Manage permissions on the project that include Manage Finance permissions. For information about project permissions, see the article Share a project in Adobe Workfront. For information about financial permissions on a project, see the article Share financial permissions on an object. For information on requesting additional access, see Request access to objects . NOTE When budgeting resource in the Role view, if you have less than Manage permissions for at least one project listed under the role, you cannot budget hours, FTE, or Cost for the role. You can budget only the projects that you have Manage permissions for. |
