There is a known issue with the current version of Workfront for G Suite not working as expected. We are working on a new version and expect it to be released to the Google Marketplace in the near future.
Without leaving G Suite, you can view updates and replies to updates on a Adobe Workfront object.
You must have the following access to perform the steps in this article:
Adobe Workfront plan* | Any |
Adobe Workfront license* | Work, Plan |
*To find out what plan, license type, or access you have, contact your Workfront administrator.
Before you can view object updates in G Suite, you must
View the object in G Suite as described in View and manage Adobe Workfront object details from G Suite.
Click the Updates tab.
Use the option that appears, which is determined by the updates already added to the object:
To return to the Updates tab, click View All Updates.
