Proofing users in Adobe Workfront can receive email notifications from both Workfront and Workfront Proof when comments or decisions are made on a proof. If users are already receiving email notifications from Workfront Proof, we recommend that you disable notifications sent from Workfront to avoid duplicate notification emails.

You must have the following access to perform the steps in this article:

You must be a Workfront administrator. For information on Workfront administrators, see Grant a user full administrative access.
*To find out what plan, license type, or access you have, contact your Workfront administrator.
To configure proof email notification settings that are sent from Workfront:
Click the Main Menu icon in the upper-right corner of Adobe Workfront, then click Setup .
Expand Email, then click Review and Approval.
In the Proof Notifications in Workfront section, decide whether to enable or disable the option, Send emails from Workfront when a comment is made on a proof.
