Dynamic Chat is now integrated with Document cloud PDF Embed API. This enables you to share PDF documents within personalized conversations you design in Dynamic Chat .

Hi, in this video, let’s discuss how can you leverage the new document cloud integration with dynamic chat. First, let’s see how is the visitor experience when a document is shared through a chatbot. As I land on this landing page, I can see the chatbot appeared. I’ll initiate the conversation. It’s asked me if I want a similar growth for my business. Absolutely. And it’s asked me what solution I’m interested in today. Let’s go with content marketing. Wow, it gave me a case study right here itself. Let me check this out. I clicked on this document and you can see the document appeared here itself. I can go through the document. Probably I would like to search something. Or probably I would want to download this. So that I can refer it later. Or probably I’ll print this out if I want a hard copy. Now wait, if you’re a marketer, I’m sure you might be thinking, wouldn’t it be awesome if I could capture all that interactions and personalize my lead journey? Well, with the new integration of dynamic chat with Adobe Document Cloud, you can do that. So all the interactions that visitor just did with the document are captured and will be available in your marketer instance. So like you just saw, any documents that are shared through dynamic chat chatbot, all the interactions of a visitor with that document. To capture these document interactions, we have introduced a new activity type into marketer. And it is also available as a new trigger and a filter in your smart campaign. So here you can see interacts with document as a new trigger. You can enter the document names. It also has further constraints like, did visitor open the document or not? What are the search terms that visitor has searched in this document? And did they download the document? And what was the document URL? With all these constraints, you can take actions on your lead as they interact with the document and further personalize their journey. Now let’s look at how can you activate this integration with Document Cloud in dynamic chat. Log into your dynamic chat instance and come to integrations page. Here you can see a new card for Adobe PDF embed API. Click activate. You can see it has asked me for client ID. To get these credentials, you can simply go to Google and type Adobe PDF embed. Go to this first link. Click on get credentials. If you are not logged in already, please log in with your Adobe IMS account. It’s asked me credentials name. Let me give it a name. Lumo Marketing. Let me enter my website URL. Remember, this should be the same domain name where you’re going to use dynamic chat chatbot. Accept the terms and create credentials. Once the credentials are created, you can see the client ID here. You can simply click copy here and then go back to your dynamic chat account and paste it. If you already also have Adobe analytics, then you can paste your Adobe analytics report suite ID so that these document interactions will also be pushed into your Adobe analytics where you can see the analytics of how each of your documents performing. For now, I’ll click save. In Stream Designer, you can see there’s a new card added. I can drag this document card onto my canvas just like any other card. Since I’ve already added a few documents before, I have them listed here or else you can click create new document, give it a name of your choice and the PDF URL. Remember, this PDF can be hosted anywhere. All you need is a public URL. Since I’ve already added a few documents, I’m selecting from the existing ones, content marketing, and click save. That’s it. The card is added. Now I can connect this to any of the flow in my canvas. I would convert it, connect it here. Awesome. That’s it. This way, you can deliver documents to your website visitors through personalized conversations in dynamic chat. Thank you.
