As a learner you can consume virtual class room courses using Adobe Connect if your company integrates Adobe Connect with your Learning Manager account. Contact the administrator of your company if you are unable to use Adobe Connect.
Log in to Learning Manager as a Learner and click the virtual classroom course card from the My Learning widget. Alternatively, you can choose Catalog from the left pane, filter courses, and click the required virtual classroom course.
If you have enrolled to an Adobe Connect virtual classroom session then you will receive a notification prior to beginning of the session with your account URL.
Click the URL and click the virtual classroom card.
You can start attending the course by either clicking Start at the upper-right corner of the page, followed by clicking the session URL in the player OR
Click the session URL directly on the page.
After completing the course, you will receive a successful course completion notification.
If Administrator has enabled L1 feedback for you, Learning Manager application sends a reminder to provide L1 feedback.
If you want to listen to recorded virtual classroom sessions, click the Virtual classroom course. You can view all the recorded session URLs. This is applicable only if the host of the session records the sessions.
Generally, recorded session URLs reflect in the Learning Manager application after two hours of session completion.
