Live Sign for Microsoft Teams allows you to work smarter, safer and more efficiently. It allows you to get agreement signed faster by making live face to face signing quick and easy, all while minimizing legal, security and compliance risk. In this example workflow, Megan Bowman, a marketing consultant, is creating and implementing marketing strategy for Contoso Electronics. Currently, she is working with a third party on new promotional assets for a marketing campaign, and she needs them to sign a non-disclosure agreement during her design review. Acrobat Sign simplifies the signing experience and reduces errors with the legally binding e-signature experience. With Live Sign Megan can elevate her meetings with live in-person signing, helping her sign agreements faster and provide personal support to her signers. She starts her design review call and during this session opens the team’s chat. To add Live Sign, she does this by simply selecting the plus sign and then selecting Adobe Acrobat Sign. When she confirms to add Live Sign, she’ll be notified that Live Sign relies on the person initiating the chat to authenticate or prove the signer is who they say they are. At this point, you can access outstanding agreements that have already been sent or create a new agreement within the meeting by selecting a template from the library. She adds, the participant as a signer and an adaptive card is automatically created within the meeting chat. The participant, which is Diego, has direct access to the agreement, eliminating delays and hunting for the agreement link in an email from the signer View. Diego has a unique link to open the agreement and affirm his identity before he can view the agreement. Once he confirms his identity, he shares his screen to walk through. Signing the agreement with Megan, Diego signs with confidence, knowing he receive the answers and support he needed at the critical moment of execution. And he obtains services faster by reviewing and choosing the agreement with Megan in real time. You can type your signature, draw with a stylist, paste an image of it, or use your finger on a touch enabled device. Diego receives an email with the final agreement and can also download a copy of what he just signed by providing a high touch experience. Live sign in Microsoft Teams turns any Microsoft Teams meeting into an opportunity to sign an agreement. Each time an action is taken on the non-disclosure agreement, Megan receives a notification in her activity feed. She can download the signed documents and, if required, digitally process documents into any backend system using Microsoft Power Automate. Once the NDA is signed, it is certified by Adobe as tamper evident signified by the blue ribbon at the top. Every agreement in Acrobat Sign passes through a series of event milestones, creating an audit trail. This provides a summary of where the transaction is in the end to end process. Along with this summary, the audit report also provides the IP address of the system recording event and the transaction ID of the authoritative document in the Adobe Sign Server Life Signed for Microsoft Teams supports non-tech savvy signers who may lack access to a computer or feel more comfortable using their phone. Signers can also join a meeting from the device of their choice, including iOS and Android devices.
