The ACSD-48313 patch solves the issue where configurable_variations column is not parsed if the attribute value contains a comma. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.1.25 is installed. The patch ID is ACSD-48313. The version where this issue will be fixed is not yet available.

The patch might become applicable to other versions with new Quality Patches Tool releases. To check if the patch is compatible with your Adobe Commerce version, update the magento/quality-patches
package to the latest version and check the compatibility on the Quality Patches Tool: Search for patches page. Use the patch ID as a search keyword to locate the patch.
After exporting configurable products, the resulting file cannot be imported again because of a formatting issue with the configurable_variations attribute. This happens when there are attribute options which include a comma.
