In this video, you are going to learn about the different reports available out of the box for an email delivery in Adobe Campaign Standard.
It is critical for marketers to evaluate the success of campaigns. Analysis helps them improve campaigning strategies.
Adobe Campaign Standard offers a number of reports that provide valuable insights into your programs, campaigns, and deliveries.
The dynamic reporting feature in Adobe Campaign Standard helps you create interactive, real-time, and customized reports. This feature also helps display the data in an easy-to-understand manner. With a variety of interactive visualization options marketers can analyze performance across campaigns. On the email delivery summary page, you can see the information about your email delivery. In the top-right corner you will see a reports icon. Click the icon to view the available reports for your email delivery. As you can see, you have the email rendering, hot clicks, fatigue rules summary, and dynamic reports for this email delivery. The dynamic reports option contains many more out of the box reports which are customizable and designed to be flexible and freeform. These reports are also available from the Reports tab. Let’s first explore the email rendering report. This report presents the email renderings as they appear to the recipient. Email renderings can differ based upon how the recipient opens the email delivery, in a browser, on a mobile device, or via an email application. The hot clicks report presents the message content, html, and/or text with the percentage of clicks on each link. The IDs from tracked URLs are different for each execution. Because Campaign Standard cannot aggregate the hot clicks data for all execution deliveries of a given message, Campaign Standard displays only one execution delivery-related hot clicks at a time. The fatigue rules summary report is a dedicated report on fatigue rules to help you understand how they are applied to your campaigns. This allows you to learn how your campaigns impact one another and make the right adjustments. Now, let’s explore the dynamic reports. When you click the dynamic reports option, you can see a set of real-time reports to monitor deliveries, campaigns, and programs and measure their impact on recipients. You can also share these reports using the share option within the report. You also have the option to send the report now or schedule its delivery. Now, let’s look at the dynamic out of the box reports in detail.
The bounce summary report displays the overall status and errors encountered during deliveries as well as the automatic processing of bounces. Each table is represented by summary numbers and charts. You can change how the details are shown in their respective visualization settings. To go back to the reports page, click the close icon.
The breakdown by domains report contains the performance data for each domain represented in the audience for an email delivery. If it is a campaign or a program report, the performance data is available for multiple audiences.
The complaints report, as the name suggests, identifies the deliveries that receive the most declarations of spam.
The delivery summary report provides the main information relative to an email or several emails such as the total number of sends for the delivery, number of messages successfully delivered, bounces plus errors, total quarantined messages, and unique opens and clicks.
The delivery throughput report provides the number of messages processed per hour.
The non-deliverables and bounces report provides details on all the errors encountered during a delivery.
The opens report identifies the deliveries that were most viewed by recipients. The tables and charts break down the total number of recipients who open an email based upon browser, device, platform, and domain.
The tracking indicators report contains the key indicators for tracking behavior after email messages are received, such as the number of emails delivered, opened, clicked, unsubscribed, and blacklisted.
The Unsubscriptions report, as the name suggests, identifies the deliveries with the most Unsubscriptions. If there are a lot of Unsubscriptions, it can indicate that you need to redesign the email.
Finally, the URLs and click streams report show the URLs that were clicked the most during a delivery or several deliveries if they are linked to a campaign or program.
Overall, Adobe Campaign Standard reports provide great insight into the effectiveness of your campaign and help you to create better experiences. Congratulations.
