You can now submit a Customer Care support ticket directly in the UI, streamlining the process toward resolution.

Hi, this is Jen Lasser with Adobe analytics product management. I will show new feature allowing you to provide feedback in Adobe analytics UI. This new feature is available from the top menu bar under the help icon, all the way at the bottom of the menu. And it’s called Submit Support Ticket. This is gonna allow you to directly provide feedback to Customer Care, and submit bugs from within the product. In support ticket, you will need to fill out 3 different fields. First is the subject line to provide a concise bug statement. Second is a description with more details on what you’re submitting. And lanst and most important section is the steps to recreate. List out the exact steps taken, that led you to the bug submitting. So I just type in a few placeholder pieces of information here, because you’ll need to fill in all 3 areas before the submit button becomes active.
Clicking on Submit will generate a ticket number for you. Go ahead and record this ticket number to follow up on the status at any time. When you’re filling out the support ticket, there is link to documentation for any help what to put in these three sections or how to follow up.
