Manage report users and groups on the User Management page lets you manage users and groups, and control access to reports, tools and report suites. You can assign user account items like dashboards, calendar events, bookmarks, etc from one user account to that of another user trhough user management in Adobe Analytics.
Hello, everyone. In this video, we will discuss the steps to transfer user account items, from one account to another in Adobe Analytics. To assign user account items like dashboards, calendar events, bookmarks, et cetera, from one user account to that of another user, go to admin tab and select all admin, from the dropdown menu. Under the user management section, select user management home, now click on edit users, find the user that you wish to transfer assets from, and select the checkbox next to this user’s row. Select transfer assets from the actions bar, at the top. On the transfer page, select the user account that is to receive this user’s account items, and select the account items to transfer. Now click on transfer, the receiving user receives all rights from the selected account resources, owned by the original user, except for the rights to scheduled reports.
