Hello, everyone. Incorrect or missing linked IMS ID in Adobe analytics can lead to login issues for the user. Users can check the Linked IMS ID themselves, and contact customer support for any issues thus saving the hassle of performing common troubleshooting steps. To do so from within analytics, select all admin from the admin dropdown menu, and then select user management.
In the user management section, click on users, type the required username in the search bar. This will give you the information for the specific user. Select the user and you will find the Linked IMS ID for that user name. Now visit adminconsole.adobe.com. Go to users tab and search for the same username. Now click on this username to open the user details. If the Linked IMS ID found in analytics user management page is same as the IMS ID in admin console URL, the account is correctly linked. If there is no ID in the analytics user management page, or it does not match to the ID in admin console URL, please contact analytics support team for further assistance. Thank you for watching this video. -
