Archive or Unarchive a Private Deal

Hide a private deal that isn’t being used by archiving it. The only action that you can take on an archived deal is to unarchive it. Archived deals aren’t shown by default but are still available for reporting.

You can unarchive a deal to restore its previous status at any time.

NOTE
  • You can’t archive On Demand deals.
  • To deactivate a deal on the publisher side, contact the publisher or SSP. After they deactivate the deal, you can archive it in DSP to hide it.

Archive a Private Deal

  1. In the main menu, click Inventory > Deals.
  2. In the deal row, click … > Archive.
  3. In the confirmation message, click Archive.
NOTE

To view archived deals, click Filter above the deal list; click Status and select Archived; and then click Apply.

Unarchive a Private Deal

  1. In the main menu, click Inventory > Deals.
  2. Above the deal list, click Filter; click Status and select Archived; and then click Apply.
  3. In the deal row, click … > Unarchive.
  4. In the confirmation message, click Unarchive.

If the publisher or SSP had previously deactivated the deal and you want to use it again, contact the publisher or SSP directly.

NOTE

To view unarchived (live) deals, click Filter above the deal list; click Status and select Live; and then click Apply.
