登入和登出Adobe Workfront for Google Workspace

先決條件

您必須先登入或登出Workfront for Google Workspace

登入Adobe Workfront for Google Workspace

  1. 按一下Workfront、 或 最右側Google Workspace附加元件側邊欄中的Gmail圖示Google CalendarWorkfront圖示Google Drive。

    如果您剛安裝Workfront for Google Workspace附加元件，但看不到此圖示，請嘗試重新整理瀏覽器頁面。

  2. 在​ 附加元件中按一下 ​登入Workfront for Google Workspace。

  3. 輸入您的Workfront網域位址，例如​ companyname.my.workfront.com。

  4. 依照提示登入Workfront。

    NOTE
    • Workfront使用OAuth 2.0連線至Google Workspace，這是大部分網頁式整合所使用的安全標準，用於驗證及授權使用者。
    • 當系統提示您輸入[帳戶的]網域或主機Workfront時，請使用下列格式輸入它： yourCompany'sDomain.my.workfront.com。 您公司的網域通常是您公司的名稱。

登出Workfront for Google Workspace

  1. 如果未顯示Google Workspace的Workfront面板，請按一下頁面最右側Workfront附加元件側邊欄中的 圖示 Workfront圖示Google Workspace。

  2. 按一下​ 面板頂端的 ​更多動作Workfront for Google Workspace圖示。

  3. 在出現的功能表中按一下​ 登出。

    這不會將您登出Google Workspace。
