問題/症狀

透過為Customer Journey Analytics整合設定的Adobe Developer Console專案傳送時，Customer Journey Analytics API請求會失敗。 即使整合認證可能顯示為已設定，要求仍無法成功完成。

解決方法 resolution

如果Customer Journey Analytics API請求傳回錯誤403027，且訊息為​缺少使用者區域，則整合所使用的Adobe Developer Console專案通常缺少Adobe Experience Platform API，或是整合無權存取Adobe Admin Console中必要的Customer Journey Analytics產品設定檔。

若要解決問題：

  1. 登入Adobe Developer Console並開啟用於Customer Journey Analytics API整合的專案。
  2. 檢閱為專案設定的API，並確認其包含 Customer Journey Analytics API 和Adobe Experience Platform API。
  3. 如果未列出Adobe Experience Platform API，請將其新增至相同專案並儲存專案變更。
  4. 在Adobe Admin Console中，確認與整合相關聯的服務帳戶或技術帳戶已指派給必要的Customer Journey Analytics產品設定檔。
  5. 儲存Admin Console變更。
  6. 重試Customer Journey Analytics API請求。 如有必要，請在更新專案或產品設定檔設定後產生新的存取權杖。
  7. 驗證要求是否成功完成，且不再傳回錯誤403027。
