請先檢查下列條件：
- 使用者必須登入網站上使用Adobe Target的組織。
- 此 目標追蹤 切換切換進入 Target
>設定>Target偵錯工具 區段必須啟用。
如果上述情況仍持續發生問題，請嘗試下列步驟。

建立新的瀏覽器設定檔
Chrome瀏覽器上：
- 按一下右上角的設定檔圖示，然後按一下 新增.
- 安裝新設定檔的Adobe Experience Platform Debugger擴充功能。
