請先檢查下列條件：
- 使用者必須登入網站上使用Adobe Target的組織。
- 目標中的 目標追蹤 切換開關
>組態 必須啟用>Target偵錯工具區段。
如果上述情況仍持續發生問題，請嘗試下列步驟。

建立新的瀏覽器設定檔
在Chrome瀏覽器上：
- 按一下右上角的設定檔圖示；然後按一下新增。
- 為新設定檔安裝Adobe Experience Platform Debugger擴充功能。

將瀏覽器設定重設為預設值
在Chrome瀏覽器上：
- 在右上方，選取 更多 圖示，然後移至設定。
- 選取重設設定
