ACSD-51636: Company admin can’t add new users from the customer account section
The ACSD-51636 patch fixes the issue where the company admin can’t add new users from the customer account section despite having all necessary roles and permissions. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.1.34 is installed. The patch ID is ACSD-51636. Please note that the issue is scheduled to be fixed in Adobe Commerce 2.4.7.

The company admin can’t add new users from the customer account section despite having all necessary roles and permissions.
Prerequisites:
- B2B module is installed.
- Company functionality is enabled.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new company.
- Go to Admin > Customers > All Customers.
- Edit Company Admin type to Customer.
- Log in as a customer.
- Go to My Account > Company Users > Add User and add details for the user and make it active.
- Save the new user.
Expected results
The admin user is able to add a new user.
Actual results

The admin user gets an error message: Something went wrong.

The admin user cannot create a new customer.

Log contains the following error:
