Attend the Upcoming Webinar and See the Smart Way to Lighten Your Page Loads
We all know the frustration that comes from waiting… and waiting… for a page to load. Most of us abandon the page, which means lost opportunity and revenue for the brand that owns the site. In most cases, images are the cause of this holdup. In this webinar, find out how to solve this issue with Smart Imaging, a feature you already have with Dynamic Media and Dynamic Media Classic, that automatically delivers the optimized image size based on your visitor’s browser. You'll learn easy steps to take to reduce image sizes by up to 30%. To learn more about Smart Imaging, be sure to read this blog post, too.

“Enabling Smart Imaging was a simple process of changing the subdomain used to serve our images. Graphics are a large percentage of our site bandwidth, and we were able to significantly improve web performance with a small-time investment.”

William Davis, Sr. Application Developer, Overland

We missed the face-to-face interactions with our customers that energize us at Adobe Summit. But as we took Summit online this year, we see a silver lining: you can now create your own Adobe Summit experience from the comfort of your couch, desk, back patio, or wherever you’re working from these days. To start that experience, we’re pointing you to two great Summit sessions — one that shows how to get the most from Dynamic Media, and another that features Under Armour and how the retailer is using Adobe Experience Manager Assets with Dynamic Media in the cloud. “The audit was very insightful, and much appreciate the suggested quick wins.”

Kees Olthof, Director of Digital Marketing, Gildan
Jon Monroe, Senior Program Manager, Customer Success Services
Jon manages the Dynamic Media Classic audit program that assesses customer implementations and use of the Adobe rich media solution and provides quick-to-implement actions and long-term strategic recommendations to help customers maximize the solution’s value. He often finds that customers aren’t using Smart Imaging, a powerful capability that automatically delivers images optimized based on customer browser and bandwidth. Jon says, “Smart Imaging optimizes 80 to 90 percent of settings for customers. It really is a set-it-and-forget-it capability everyone should be using.” He also shares customer feedback from the audits with the engineering and marketing teams, ensuring the customer point of view is front and center as those teams develop the product roadmap.

Jon is passionate about helping customers unlock more potential from their Adobe solutions. He says, “I love the opportunity to show clients how to get more value out of their Adobe products. It hurts to see capabilities they’re not taking advantage of that would immediately improve their website and inform their strategic considerations well into the future.”

Jon recommends contacting you Customer Success Manager (CSM) to discuss if a Dynamic Media Classic Audit is appropriate for you. If you don’t know your CSM, please contact your account lead or email Jon.
