Georgia Myers, Manager, Customer Success, Adobe Experience Cloud
As Manager for Customer Success with a focus on retail, Georgia Myers is that all-important connection between the customer and the Adobe product team for Dynamic Media and Dynamic Media Classic. She says, “We truly advocate for our customers’ success and function as an extension of their team so they maximize the value from their investment.” For Georgia and her team, that means keenly understanding the customer’s business objectives, needs, and challenges and communicating that to the product team to guide product development. It also involves her team learning how customers use their rich media solution and identifying opportunities for greater value realization.

One way her team is helping customers realize more value is by steering them toward the free audits of their Dynamic Media Classic implementation. Audit findings often reveal powerful capabilities that customers aren’t using — like Smart Imaging, which drastically reduces the effort required to deliver high-quality images. By connecting customers to valuable information like this, Georgia and her team help customers dramatically increase the return on investment in their Adobe rich media solution.
