Dataelementet ContactStateOfResidence konfigurerades genom att välja Core i listrutan för tillägg och Anpassad kod för dataelementtypen enligt skärmbilden nedan
Följande anpassade kod användes för att hämta värdet från det adaptiva formulärfältet state.
