ACSD-50336: Product alert emails not sent
The ACSD-50336 patch fixes the issue where product alert emails are not sent when a product is back in stock or the price is changed. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.1.30 is installed. The patch ID is ACSD-50336. Please note that the issue is scheduled to be fixed in Adobe Commerce 2.4.7.

Product alert emails are not sent when a product is back in stock or the price is changed.
Prerequisites:
Set up product alerts for when a product is added back to stock.
Steps to reproduce:
- Log in as a customer on the storefront.
- Open a product that is not in stock.
- Subscribe to receive a notification when the product is back in stock.
- Update the product from Admin to be back in stock.
Expected results:
An email notification about the product being back in stock is sent to the customer.
Actual results:
The customer does not receive an email notification about the product being back in stock. The following error appears in the log:
