Map data using built-in functions

항목을 매핑할 때 함수를 사용하여 간단하거나 복잡한 공식을 만들 수 있습니다. 사용 가능한 함수는 Excel 및 일부 프로그래밍 언어의 함수와 유사합니다.

  • 일반적인 논리, 수학, 텍스트, 날짜 및 배열을 평가합니다.
  • 텍스트를 대문자로 변환, 텍스트 트리밍, 날짜를 다른 형식으로 변환하는 등의 조건부 논리와 항목 값 변환을 수행할 수 있습니다.

Insert functions into fields

To insert a function into a field:

  1. Click the Scenarios tab in the left panel.

  2. Select the scenario where you want to map data.

  3. Click anywhere on the scenario to enter the Scenario editor.

  4. Click the field where you want to insert a function.

  5. Select the tab in the mapping panel that contains the function you want to insert.

  6. Click the function name.

    Drag the function into the field.

  7. Configure the function parameters.

    For an explanation of function parameters, hover over the function in the mapping panel.

  8. Continue configuring the module, or click OK.

TIP
When you create a complex formula that you want to reuse in another field, you can click the field that contains the combination, use Cmd-A or Ctrl-A to select it, then copy and paste it into the other field.

Example: Some data types prevent users from entering more than a certain number of characters. You can use the substring function to limit a value to a certain number of characters.

Google Sheets개 함수 사용

Workfront Fusion에 사용하려는 함수가 없지만 Google Sheets에 포함된 경우 다음 단계에 따라 사용할 수 있습니다.

  1. Google Sheets에서 빈 스프레드시트를 새로 만듭니다.

  2. Workfront Fusion에서 시나리오를 엽니다.

  3. 시나리오에 Google Sheets >셀 업데이트 모듈을 추가합니다.

  4. 모듈을 구성합니다.

    1. 스프레드시트 필드에서 새로 만든 스프레드시트를 선택합니다.

    2. Google Sheets 함수가 포함된 수식을 Value 필드에 삽입하십시오.
