ACSD-54972: Canonical category URL doesn’t update after changing category URL
The ACSD-54972 patch fixes the issue where the canonical category URL doesn’t update after changing the category URL. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.1.43 is installed. The patch ID is ACSD-54972. Please note that the issue is scheduled to be fixed in Adobe Commerce 2.4.7.

The canonical category URL doesn’t update after changing the category URL.
Steps to reproduce:

Go to Stores > Configuration > Catalog > Catalog > Search Engine Optimization.
- Set Use Canonical Link Meta Tag for Categories: YES

Create a category (e.g., Name: Category 01, URL Key: category-01).

Update the URL Key to something different from the original value while keeping the Create Permanent Redirect for old URL checkbox ticked.

Clean the cache.

Go to the Category Page on the frontend.

Check the page source and search for the canonical tag.
Expected results:

Actual results:
<link rel="canonical" href="http://127.0.0.1/pub/category-01.html" />
