ACSD-55004: Validator crashes while uploading an import file larger than the value

The ACSD-55004 patch fixes the issue where a validator crashes while uploading an import file larger than the value configured in php.ini. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.1.40 is installed. The patch ID is ACSD-55004. Please note that the issue is scheduled to be fixed in Adobe Commerce 2.4.7.

Issue

The validator crashes while uploading an import file larger than the value configured in php.ini.

Steps to reproduce:

Try to upload an import file larger than configured in php.ini.

Expected results:

The file size is validated without errors.

Actual results:

Validator crashes.
