ACSD-54026: Incorrect error message for updateCompanyRole GraphQL request

The ACSD-54026 patch fixes the issue where there is an incorrect error message for an updateCompanyRole GraphQL request for a non-authorized user. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.1.39 is installed. The patch ID is ACSD-54026. Please note that the issue is scheduled to be fixed in Adobe Commerce 2.4.7.

Issue

Getting an incorrect error message for an updateCompanyRole GraphQL request for a non-authorized user.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Enable B2B company in configuration.
  2. Create a company.
  3. Send an updateCompanyRole GraphQL request without passing a bearer token or with an invalid bearer token.
  4. Observe the error message in the GraphQL response.

Expected results:

You get the following error message: The current customer isn’t authorized.

Actual results:

You get the following error message: Customer is not a company user.
