ACSD-52689: Images can’t upload to Amazon S3 storage via REST API

The ACSD-52689 patch fixes the issue where the images can’t be uploaded to Amazon S3 storage using REST API This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.1.34 is installed. The patch ID is ACSD-52689. Please note that the issue is scheduled to be fixed in Adobe Commerce 2.4.7.

Compatible with Adobe Commerce versions:

  • Adobe Commerce (all deployment methods) 2.4 - 2.4.6
NOTE

Issue

Images can’t be uploaded to Amazon S3 storage using REST API

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Configure REMOTE_STORAGE for the Amazon S3 bucket.

  2. Add an image to the product using the Bulk API.
