ACSD-46856: Updating of tier prices via System > Configuration > Import > Advanced Pricing is slow
The ACSD-46856 patch improves performance when updating tier prices via System > Configuration > Import > Advanced Pricing. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.1.21 is installed. The patch ID is ACSD-46856. Please note that the issue is scheduled to be fixed in Adobe Commerce 2.4.6.

Updating of tier prices via System > Configuration > Import > Advanced Pricing is slow.
Steps to reproduce:
- Import a large number of products (Example: 10k+ or 200k+) via System > Configuration > Import > Advanced Pricing.
Expected results:
With the patch, the processing time is about 1:00 minute for 200k+ products.
Actual results:
Without the patch, the processing time is about 10:00 minutes for 10k+ products.
