ACSD-47657: Adds a caching mechanism for AWS credentials
The ACSD-47657 patch fixes the issue that happens during a high load of requests to AWS S3 by adding a caching mechanism for AWS credentials. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.1.39 is installed. The patch ID is ACSD-47657. Please note that the issue is scheduled to be fixed in Adobe Commerce 2.4.7.

Steps to reproduce:

Enable AWS S3 bucket storage for the Adobe Commerce:

Run Synchronization:

Expected results:
The synchronization completes successfully.
Actual results:
In approximately one hour, the following error occurs:
report.CRITICAL: Aws\Exception\CredentialsException: Error retrieving credentials from the instance profile metadata service. (cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 1001 milliseconds) (see https://curl.haxx.se/libcurl/c/libcurl-errors.html)
