MDVA-39546: Staging Update start date can be set to a date earlier than current date
The MDVA-39546 patch fixes the issue where the start date for the Staging Update can be set to an earlier date than the current date. This patch is available when the Quality Patches Tool (QPT) 1.1.12 is installed. The patch ID is MDVA-39546. Please note that the issue is scheduled to be fixed in Adobe Commerce 2.4.5.

The start date for the Staging Update can be set to a date earlier than the current date.
Steps to reproduce:
- Schedule a New Update on a product with a future start date.
- Edit the update from Content > Content Staging > Dashboard and update the start date with an older date and save the change.
- Reopen the above update.
Expected results:
Previous data is displayed in the edit form.
Actual results:
Values in the form are missing.
